- TalkNow: 24/7, on demand emotional support.
- Scheduled Counseling: Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice (6 visits per year).
- Health Coaching: Support for developing healthy behaviors.
- Self-Care Content: 24/7 access to self-care tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, 有用的视频, and short articles from experts.
Regional Higher Education and 俄亥俄州在线™ students can access TimelyCare services 365 days a year through mobile app or desktop with their 俄亥俄州 email address, and insurance is not needed.
